Business Title : Specialist Creative Design


This role is responsible for the design and creative updates of existing Learning and Development instructor led, virtual led and eLearning modules as well as executing materials from briefs that are aligned with BU, HR and Commercial priorities that drive critical business outcomes.

The role is responsible for design and content management of the Learning and Development portal, ADHOC regional content requirements that meet immediate business needs that assist to build capability and drive performance of the Learning and Development Curriculum. This role will co-ordinate with key Corporate Stakeholders to proactively support regional priorities and offer solutions and support as required.

Key Accountabilities


GUEST EXPERIENCE

 Support in updating or designing content that is aligned to be delivered via instructor led and virtual environments
 Work with key corporate stakeholders to ensure successful outcome to briefs that are aligned to regional priorities
 Ensure Learning & Development Portal is maintained and updated in order to support our hotel teams


RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

 Support the learning requirements associated with Learning & Development
 Support Corporate Stakeholders that support regional priorities
 Demonstrate knowledge of OHS policies and procedures
 Participate in IHG CSR activities


PEOPLE

 Support with design and creative that matches the diverse audiences, brands and delivery methods to create value
 Assist with identifying design and creative solutions required to deliver aligned IHG programs within the AMEA region


FINANCIAL RETURNS

 Assist in identifying the most financially viable option/programme that assists with the execution of works required
 Manage expenses in line with departmental P&L

What we offer


Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge Decision Rights
Experience


 University degree in Business or a Hospitality related education an advantage
Or
 5 years relevant industry experience
Or
 3 years in a related industry and 3 years at regional or corporate level
Technical Skills and Knowledge

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based applications and learning management systems with mobile apps experience a plus; and an openness to learning and adapting to new technology

 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Basic HTML is preferred.
