Talent Acquisition Specialist ( Executive / Senior / Management Level Sourcing preferred- Non IT)

Job Location : Eramangalam, near Guruvayur, Kerala -India

Salary : 3.5 - 5.00 Lakhs INR P.A

The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Head Hunting and On boarding. GCC experience would be an added advantage. Candidate should be able to multi task and achieve the desired results by reducing the Turn Around Time for finding the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the manpower budgeting and planning
  • Prepare the JD in coordination with the Dept Heads
  • Prepare the advertisements and job post
  • Head Hunting & CV search
  • Screen & shortlist the CVs and conduct preliminary interview
  • Salary & benefits discussion in line with company policies and budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Masters degree in HR
  • At least 5 -7 years of previous experience in recruitment of professionals
  • Ability to handle multiple positions from diversified industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good professional network
