Responsibilities:

  • Must be Good Command on English (Verbal and Written Communication)
  • Ready to work in Shifts (US Shift)
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Telecommunication and VoIP phone system, CCTV Surveillance system, and Door Access system
  • Troubleshooting variety of technical issues with applications, software and Client operating systems (Windows / MAC )
  • Experience supporting remote offices.
  • Support of file and print services
  • Supporting Knowledge of GxP Lab Instruments Like HPLC , Stability and other chromatography Instruments Applications will be an added advantage.
  • knowledge of GxP Documentation , i.e IQ, OQ, Computer system Validations and SOP

Required Skills

  • Excellent command over written and verbal English/Hindi communication.
  • Should be self -motivated and result-oriented
  • Should be an initiator and a keen learner.
