We are looking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo Amadeus

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in reservations and ticketing
Knowledgeable in travel and tourism industry
Sales experience and the ability to upsell are a plus
Ability to work in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations
Bachelors degree in Travel Management or related field is a plus
Proficient computer skills including the use of MS Office and reservation systems
