We are looking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures and boarding processes
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo Amadeus

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in reservations and ticketing
  • Knowledgeable in travel and tourism industry
  • Sales experience and the ability to upsell are a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Bachelors degree in Travel Management or related field is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills including the use of MS Office and reservation systems
