Job Summary: The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients interested in booking travel arrangements. This will involve researching and recommending various travel packages, flights, hotels, and other amenities based on the client’s preferences and budget. The executive will work out of the office, communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat to build rapport and establish trust.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries and provide advice to clients on the best travel packages and deals available to suit their individual needs.

Process bookings, reservations, and cancellations of travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel documentation requirements, visa applications, and travel insurance options.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that all their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Continuously research and update knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions.

Manage operations during customer travel

Liaising with government embassies, tour providers and hotels on a regular basis.

Organizing and attending holiday exhibitions

Performing market research on the latest trends and developments in the industry and making any recommendations (when necessary)

Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company’s CRM system.

Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless customer service and support.

Requirements:

High secondary or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience in travel sales, customer service, or related fields is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening skills.

Proficient in Hindi and English communication.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel booking software.

Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, regulations, and trends.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace at home.

Experience using online collaboration tools such as Zoom, Googlemeet, and Asana is a plus.

Working Conditions: The Travel Sales Executive will work normal office hours from 9:30am to 6:30pm. The executive may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs. The executive will communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat, and will use various software applications to process bookings and manage customer interactions. The executive will collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless customer service and support.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
