Roles and Responsibilities


  • Development & implementation of overarching outbound sales and business development strategy. Assisting in designing marketing strategy in line with Sales & BD strategies.
  • Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals and facilitate pitch logistics. Nurture and convert leads to clients.
  • Managing our existing sales and developing new business opportunities by building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with business targets
  • Drive complete sales cycle responsibility from first contact to negotiating and closing the final deal with Support of Sales & Senior management team.
  • Professional communication and sales/marketing skills to engage with key decision makers (Director/VP/C-level) of midsized to mega enterprises to introduce QX offerings, identify the area of opportunity and schedule phone/face-to-face meetings.
  • Is accountable for working hand-in-hand with Pre-Sales team, transition team and transformation team to get the best solution presented to client.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Foster and maintain business relationships with customers/clients & prospects. To interface with existing customers and explore opportunities for further business Growth
  • Is responsible for identifying various market segments, customer needs, changing market trends & keeping the respective business owners abridged on the industry review & updates
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Plan sales campaigns, create contents etc.
  • Assist in implementation of Sales CRM
  • Work closely with the Pre-sales, Operations, Sales Support, Transitions, Transformation, Marketing,
  • HR & other respective BUs to ensure teams business necessities are met & executed.
  • Train members of team, arranging external / Internal training where appropriate. Motivate the team, provide necessary assistance, track performance, and report metrics
  • Preparation and presentation of reports on sales forecast, event budget, pipeline of prospects, and other relevant reports required by senior management.


Experience


Total experience 8-10 years, More than 6+ years of work experience with strong knowledge of planning concepts. Knowledge of ERPs & other tools pertaining is an added advantage. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
