Looking for an experienced professional in Business Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the RPO (outsourcing/offshoring industry). Skilled in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Operations Management, Service-Level Agreements (SLA), Business & Process re-engineering People & Change Management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day company operation and Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
  • Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
  • Plan and execute new RPO strategies to address competitive, complex business issues aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving bottom line results and ensuring ROI to the client
  • Effectively communicate with the team to ensure they are in best shape to deliver the best every time and in turn achieving the business plans and goals
  • Manage various operational aspects of the RPO division, including operations management, employee relations, performance management, and team management
  • Ensure specific short-term plans are aligned with the broader business objectives and comply with the best industry practice
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with AVPs to enable delivery of challenging business plans
  • Take initiative to identify client needs and made recommendations for implementation of innovative RPO strategies to meet business objectives and managed service level agreements with clients
  • Spearheaded a team of AVPs to enable delivery of RPO business and operations plan

Additional responsibilities:


  • Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
  • Coordinate support to operations throughout the business.
  • Interview, hire, train, and mentor the operations management team.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices Demonstrated project and budget management skills
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or a related field
  • MBA, MAC or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • 10-12 years supervisory experience in operations or related field
  • Multi-team management experience
  • Previous P&L responsibility preferred
