This is a leadership role, responsible for the Company’s supply strategy, underpinning the Company growth performance against budget and strategy alongside the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the Global S&OP process
  • Ensure that the supply chain delivers against agreed objectives, respecting current Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice, quality considerations, budgets, manufacturing and shipping constraints and market requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in market service levels through effective supplier management, inventory controls, leadership of the Global S&OP process and effective cross functional working practices.
  • Put in place effective processes and systems to manage the Planning function to ensure continuity of supply of all Company Products within commercial and working capital constraints and to agreed continuity targets.
