Exp: 2-3 years; Job Summary As a visualization Developer, the candidate will work to analyze and discover value through data and create various reports, visualizations and dashboards that will drive value for the company. The developer will support the business units in preparing analysis and reporting to drive the business while ensuring accuracy and consistency. Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data for visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc Develop custom analysis, reporting and ETLs via SQL and BI tools to provide the valuable insights to stakeholders and leadership Ensure dashboard to be updated at the agreed frequency, with accurate information Develop in-built checks to highlight / alert data anomalies, and monitor dashboard usage, as required Ensure continuity and scalability of dashboards through effective data modeling, and appropriate business rules such as year cut-over, addition of more features to dashboards etc. Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence the direction of the business Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insights to the business or function Effectively communicate, through written and oral presentation, of insights to multiple levels of management across business units and functional areas Add value to requests from business leaders and build logic that will produce analytical measures to tell the story of what is happening. Contribute to the Analytics platform; building relationships, defining ways of working, and helping us build the capability within the company Ensure the accuracy of analysis, data and reports to ensure a high quality of standards
