Strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills.

How You Will Make An Impact

Identify growth hacks in terms of lead generation, upselling, cross-selling opportunities for Zyla’s health offering.
Design and implement new referral campaigns, virality campaigns, product-led growth campaigns.
Develop the overall strategy of growth/ marketing campaigns and execute end to end, while delivering on KPIs.
Work in tandem with product & design teams to create campaign communication that is easy to understand and impactful.
Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly growth targets for the growth levers you are owning.
Ensure the team outperforms on targets to meet revenue goals of the organization.
Identify marketing/ new product opportunities and work in tandem with relevant teams for operationalizing ideas.
