About the Role
To develop & maintain COTs inventory application to help the Engineering team deliver great services based on user needs and business objectives. You will be involved in requirement gatherings & data modeling discussions, prepare solution designs and deliver working code/script in Java as a prototype and then take that through development stages and into production, from where you will contribute to its continuous improvement.
There will be multiple integrations with other applications for which it is desired you will be able to write integration transformation using APIs like RESTfull/JSON, SOAP/XML, etc & having transportation/mediation knowledge such as HTTP/JMS/JDBC with understanding of middleware adaptors like ESB architecture.
This will require you to be able to manage your own peace of code as well as that of the application vendors who are collaborating on application development project with you. At each stage of code delivery/sprint you will be able to conduct SIT/UAT, analyze system usage data & performance logs through web analytics tools, and suggest next steps to enhance performance.

Experience & Skills
Experience: 5-8 Years
BE/B.tech in Computer Science or IT
Experience in writing complex Java Codes & SQL queries
Hands on with integration APIs like RESTfull/JSON, SOAP/XML using HTTP/JMS/JDBC.
Preferred knowledge with Oracle design studio or configurable meta models on any inventory COTs application.
Preferred experience with any telecom OSS software applications like Netcracker, Amdocs Cramer, Ericsson, Oracle UIM, Metasolve, IBM Netcool etc
Hands on delivering code fixes, code merging & build preparation
Preferred to have basic telecom network domain knowledge
  • Experience in Springboot, Xml, Xquery/ Xpath/ JSON, Webservice and REST APIs is must.
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • UML and API Design experience is preferred.
  • Requirement & customer handling experience.
  • SQL, PL-SQL and backend development (Oracle, SQLServer, Mango DB) would be preferred.
