Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Type: FTE

Location: Gurugram(Remote Till Pandemic)

JD:

  • A minimum of (3) years USA recruiting (technical) experience in a fast-paced either with corporate or agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or the equivalent of education recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated hands on experience with Excel and PPT to analyze and present data.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and Job boards.
  • Understanding of engineering functions and ability to assess a candidate’s technical skills.
  • Must have the ability to screen large amounts of candidates, maintain an accurate tracking system and provide timely communication and updates to applicants and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
