What will you do?

  • Reduction in GFR (DSL/Voice) – i) Broadband GFR Reduction ii) Repeat & reopen SR reduction for all products
  • Customer SLA Enhancement – i) Enhancing Customer SLA ii) Reduction in beyond SLA, open SR>3 & 7 days iii) Solitaire and Titanium Customer SLA improvement
  • Reduction in Field SRs
  • Implementation of new work ways and Quality of repair
  • Opex and Budget control

You are an ideal FIT if you have

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of technology – ADSL, VDSL etc.
  • Understanding of DSL CPE, TR69 & CAS
  • Experience of handling large team in dotted matrix
  • Knowledge of wireline/broadband/internet business
  • Strong communication skills
