About the Role
Work closely with the ACE Finance Team for development and Internal IT team for maintenance application.
  • Work with the run team and the development team to provide 3rd line application support. Ability to own
and resolve the production issues.
  • Responsible for working with business users to gather, understand, collate and document business
requirements. Communicate with business to understand the requirement.
  • Communicate effectively with Airtel IT Team, Finance managers, understanding detailed
business requirements at all stages of the development lifecycle
  • Must be able to build strong relationships across ACE and multiple functional areas.
  • Provide technical, functional and management oversight to local team


Key Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
  • To onboard new reconciliation in the system (IntelliMatch). Responsible for working with business users to gather, understand, collate business requirements. Communicate with business to understand the requirement.

  • Develop/Configure the Reconciliation in System (Creating Import Format, Match Pass Rules and other configuration)
  • Work closely with the Internal IT Team for maintenance of the application.

  • Provide the operational support to the user as per agreed timelines and providing prompt support on monthends.

  • Provide operational support to users and support on monthend.

  • Support the technical evaluation, root cause; gap analysis, identify the common issue patterns to come up with long term solutions of issues.

Experience & Skills
Well versed with VB Script, SQL, and DB Performance Tuning

  • Experience on reconciliation tool (Knowledge of all the IntelliMatch Module i.e. IntelliMatch, Recollector, Admin will be an added advantage)


  • Stakeholder Management and Leadership skill

Decision making skill and problem solving skill
