Role: Manager - HR – LEARNING & ENGAGEMENT

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Age group : 30- 35 years
  • Qualification : MBA Human Resources, Degree/ Diploma / Certification in Training & Development would be an advantage.
  • Work experience : 10-15 years in HR domain - Talent Management and Learning and development
  • Should be able to independently design, create and develop content and customize training modules

Key Responsibilities of this role are :

  • Assist in creating, developing, and promoting innovative and diverse learning programs
  • Handle communication and course requirements to and from the participants
  • Create and edit content for training programs, policy documents/guides, and internal communications
  • Assist in designing, developing and curating content for learning module including E-Learning / LMS in consultation with other stakeholders
  • Maintain Training Data Base and Dashboard and MIS reports
  • Developing thematic training materials – video/stories/articles etc from a variety of sources.
  • Develop and maintain organizational communication such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees are aware of training and development events and resources.
  • Evaluate and measure effectiveness of the training programs
  • Effectively manage the in house LMS administration by providing daily support as well as keeping the operations of the LMS stable. - Defining user roles, creating learning courses, Building custom certification
  • Designing exciting and engaging innovative onboarding program and ensure Induction deck is updated with current policies and procedures
  • Manage company’s career page along with the TA team by reviewing and publishing new content.
  • Designing, reviewing feedback questionnaires, online survey forms for the learners
  • Ensure communication on training programs are designed and delivered to all concerned well on time
  • Provides logistical support (including setting up meetings, collecting data, preparing presentations of organization initiatives and change-management projects with a learning component including development and delivery of initial courses, ongoing training related to the system launch

Key competencies and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written, capable and comfortable with public speaking and group presentations
  • Experience designing learning and development programs from the ground-up
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill
  • Self-starter who can drive the agendas with proven ability to execute as per the plans within the timelines.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Should have experience in LMS platforms
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
  • Industry certifications in L&D as appropriate
  • Experience using eLearning development tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Connect Captivate /Articulate Studio preferred.
  • Familiarity with gamification, online learning and learning technologies
  • Experience in video design and development
  • Expert in MS Office - MS Excel & PowerPoint, Data Analysis
  • Excellent Communication -both verbal and written.
