We are Looking for Instrumentation Engineer for the Solar Plant based out of Mundra. Please find the details of the Job below.

  • Qualification : Bachelor in Instrumentation and Control.
  • Experience Required: 4-6 Years
  • Location : Mundra (Kutch, Gujarat)



Roles and Responsibilities :
Independently handling shift operation, trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, project execution & commissioning of various controls related to instrumentation in Utilities.
• Familiar with Instrumentation Errection, Testing and Commissioning.
• Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Instrument calibration of Field instruments (Flow meter, control valves, RTD, Thermocouple, Transmitter, Ultrasonic sensors, Level controller, PH sensor, Resistivity/Conductivity sensor, chemical & Gas sensor etc.)
• Hands on experience of SCADA, DCS, PLC system (Air compressor, BMS-HVAC, chiller, VAM, RO & DI Plant, ETP, Bulk Gases and Chemical systems, Scrubber, Fire alarm system etc.).
• Familiar with Siemens PCS7 environment, Simatic manager /WinCC tools.
• PLC Programing & Trouble Shooting-Siemens S7-300 /400, GE, Schneider, Mitsubishi. Expertise in Siemens PLC and Sinamics VFD programming and trouble shooting.
• Capable to develop PLC ladder logic for small machine process modification /interlocks as and when required.
• Familiar with Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, BACnet & TCP/IP protocols.
• Familiar with Networking switches, Routers, and fault diagnostics with resolution.
• Exposure in Erection, Testing & Commissioning automation part in various utilities.
• Liasoning with Sub Contractors, Customers & Concerned -- Authorities for smooth Work execution.
• Timely completion of the packages and fulfilment of the project objectives in terms of schedule, cost and quality.
• Exposure of electrical system and switchgears, MCC, PCC etc.
Kindly Note:

  • The role requires to work on Seimens PCS7 and no other PLC.
  • The role requires to work on Utilities like Air Compressor RO, HVAC, Ultra Water pure water, STP, ETP.
  • The Role requires to work on SAP so working knowledge of SAP is Mandatory .
