Job Requirements:

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Higher Technical Degree, Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred
  • Job specific knowledge:mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics. Effective problem-solving abilities. Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • ICT tools: Office level user.
  • Relates to:Suppliers

Previous experience:Experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.

FUNCTIONS AREA & RESPONSABILITIES

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE:

• Technical assistance to production area.

• Ensure operation of machines. Set-up of equipment.

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.

• Equipment validation.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE:

• Transfer, loading, unloading and installation of machines.

• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.

• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure

everything is up to standard.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT:

• Monitoring and register of maintenance issues.

• Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.

• Maintain the inventory records for equipment.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.

• Plan and schedule repairs.

• Instructor of new technicians
