Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Managing support team across ME locations
Work and collaborate with M and M IT Counterparts
Vendor interaction
L3 support and Escalation point
Single Point of Contact for any IT escalated issues
Guide support team towards resolution to identified and escalated issues
Interface with infrastructure, database, and development personnel
Provide various KPI related reports related to IT Operations
Actively monitor and ongoing process and recommend improvements
Ability to explore, learn, present and implement new technologies
Hands on experience in managing Windows environment, NAS, backups, basic networking
Knowledge of Linux based OS, IOS
Documentation, asset management

Experience

15+ yrs.
