HR Roles and Responsibility


Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process

Understanding hiring requirements of Line Managers and On-boarding relevant resources for the company

Determining suitable salaries and remuneration

Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements and processing of salaries

Developing adequate induction and training

Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

Managing succession planning of staff

Assisting with the performance management and review process


Admin Roles and Responsibility

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures

Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained

Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses

Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions

Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals


Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR from a reputed Institution or University

5+ years of experience in HR and Admin role in ITES/ IT Infrastructure/ Industrial Automation

Experience in hiring diverse positions in a company is a must

Experience in hiring specific skill related resources like IT & Software, Mechanical and Electronics will be preferred

Experience in Employee Relations and grievance handling is a must and good command on Local, State and Central Employment Laws

Experience in HR Software like Gusto, Sage or HROne will be a plus
