    Your Profile

    • Establish marketing goals based on past performance & market forecast to manage marketing initiatives for Live Entertainment Division at BookMyShow.
    • Conceptualise and execute campaigns for key entertainment events (Concerts, Plays, Musicals, Experiential Shows etc) associated or produced by BookMyShow.
    • Lead Market research along with Insights team to understand consumer insights, and upcoming live entertainment trends in focus markets.
    • Work closely with Sponsorship teams to conceptualise & package media deliverables for Live Entertainment events.
    • Manage a team of marketing executives working on Big & Mid Sized events, and their day to day jobs servicing the project.
    • Analyse Growth in each city, notice patterns & internet trends to assist Business development teams for opportunities.
    • Manage Media Partnerships & relations for each key event to build awareness, increase ticket sales & media value.

    Your Checklist

    • Exceptional project management skills driving multiple initiatives and roll out to tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights, recommendations from the analysis and present marketing plans/solutions to internal & external stakeholders.
    • Bachelor of Arts or Masters Degree
    • 8+ years of experience in event marketing and execution.
    • Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, and presentation skills is a must.
    • Know what’s trending, pop culture; appreciation for music, sports, or theatricals
    • Analysing large data sets to successfully drive conclusions
    • Proven relationships with key event, marketing and PR contacts in the events industry.
    • Experience preferred in a events marketing
    • Some travel involved.
    • Ability to respond appropriately to difficult questions and requests on an immediate basis.
    • Understanding, appreciation and articulation of the brand.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
