Roles and Responsibilities

MES Support Analyst:

Essential Job responsibilities:

Provide or organize on time support for Camstar/Opcenter MES and ticket resolution within the agreed SLAs.
Provide guidance and support to users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Camstar/Opcenter MES issues that may come up.
Perform or assist in root cause investigations and MES changes/updates.
Analyze and understand manufacturing business needs, and translate those needs into:
Supporting business cases
Software requirements and specifications for Camstar/Opcenter MES
Process modeling in Camstar/Opcenter
Reporting requirements and specifications for MES.
Drive continuous Improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3+ years of functional experience in designing/implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for High Volume Assembly/Test operations.
Understanding of product lifecycle in hi-tech discrete manufacturing.
2+ years of experience with Camstar/Opcenter Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Designer, Modeler and Implementation (Version 5.x or higher) is plus.
2+ years of software development experience using Camstar/Opcenter, Microsoft .Net, ASP.Net, C# VB.NET, Java frameworks, SQL Server, Oracle etc.
Practical working knowledge and experience in implementing SPC/OCAPS, Test Data Automation, Operator Certification, Camstar/Opcenter Quality and Resource Tracking (E10/E58) state model.
Written and spoken fluency in German and a good working knowledge of English are a must. Ability to interact and present status/proposals to management level staff is a plus.
