Mindshare Fulcrum is a part of GroupM, world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Digital Product Lead - Fulcrum.

  • You will work with the largest advertiser in India with multiple product launches lined up
  • Will work closely with Amazon & other e-tailers as they launch their own self-serve capabilities
  • Will be responsible for the fastest growing sales channel of this advertiser

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Understood how Amazon Search campaigns are setup & optimized for the client
  • Up to date on the team’s daily tasks & client requirements

In six months:

  • Optimized implementation on Amazon Search campaigns
  • Contributing to reviews & quarterly client updates
  • Recommended and implemented best practice

In 12 months:

  • Helped deliver on overall target set by the client on eCom search
  • Explored and executed an innovation in one of the biddable media platforms
  • Create a roadmap for next year

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, conversion rate and other important campaign goals.
  • Communicate with internal stake holders & clients on goal progress. Help your team meet their set objectives.
  • Ensure brands are well funded on Amazon & stay ahead of growing competition heat by regular analysis / reporting as well as Amazon inputs.
  • Monitor and administer monthly /quarterly reports with recommendations in-line with the overall goal.
  • Engage Amazon on new product launches & input on best practices for ongoing campaigns.

What you will need:

  • Relevant experience of 6—8 years in PPC/Performance marketing roles
  • Minimum of 2 years on Amazon Search
  • Ability to service the client eCom team – expected to take up to 40% of time
  • Ability to manage & input on large budgets – 55 brands are active in any month
  • Thorough understanding of Amazon Biddable products
  • Understanding of Bid Management Tools
  • Number Crunching & Report Making
