Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesStrong working exposure in Payroll Processing.Analyzing the Attendance data and making the correct entries for payroll processing.Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.Responsible for Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reportsTimely entry of new entrants in the software for code generations.Checking of output report.Variance analysis of payroll and other accruals.Generate annual compliance report related to salaries.Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful.Assist payroll heads in smooth .Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.This job is provided by Shine.com
