The PMO will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of transformation projects within APMT. This role involves implementing and maintaining project management methodologies, processes, and tools. It is also about providing crucial support to transformation leaders in the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of program outcomes. The essence of this role is to consistently achieve results, optimize value, and align outcomes with our strategic objectives. As a PMO, you will be championing execution excellence, adoption, and value realization across our transformation initiatives.

Job Description: The PMO will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of transformation projects within APMT. This role involves implementing and maintaining project management methodologies, processes, and tools. It is also about providing crucial support to transformation leaders in the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of program outcomes. The essence of this role is to consistently achieve results, optimize value, and align outcomes with our strategic objectives. As a PMO, you will be championing execution excellence, adoption, and value realization across our transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the standard program/project methods, structures, templates, processes and workflows for the transformation program.
  • Provide data and reports to the management/stakeholders; own the reporting processes.
  • Plan and allocate resources.
  • Facilitate communication, team collaboration, project-related training, knowledge sharing across the teams.
  • Create/manage repository for the templates, best practices, lessons learned from the project so that can be reused for the new projects.
  • Manage all the artifacts and knowledge of the transformation program/projects.
  • Support the transformation leaders on planning, tracking, and reporting on outputs and outcomes.
  • Manage information and logistics for the transformation program.
  • Plan and track financial aspects of the program.
  • Track and manage risks and issues.
  • Manage cross-project interdependency.
  • Establish and monitor change control procedures.
  • Support the transformation leader in developing and managing the transformation stakeholders’ map and communication plan.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a Management, Business, Economics or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving prowess, allowing for the efficient resolution of challenges.
  • Background in LEAN methodologies is a plus.
  • Possession of a recognized Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in a international corporation is a plus.
