In this key role, you’ll manage a portfolio of discerning clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving strategic growth. You’ll leverage your expertise to craft personalized financial solutions and actively acquire new clients, expanding our reach within the high-value segment.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of assigned clients, building trust and exceeding expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through targeted market strategies and relationship building.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various banking products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (wealth managers, credit analysts) to ensure holistic client service.
  • Provide ongoing financial education and market updates to empower clients’ financial decision-making.

Qualification And Experience

  • A seasoned professional with 3-10 years of experience in core retail liability banking sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing client portfolio.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HNI portfolio management, preferably within the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, wealth management principles, and credit assessment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
