• Residential Mortgage Experience • Able to Articulate Mortgage documents: Credit Reports, P&L, paystubs, Application form, rental agreements, Tax form, all the schedules Etc. • Ability to identify compliance, income documents for completion and package creation basis checklist for Underwriting team • SLA Compliance – Executes transactions as per the prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets • Eye for Detail and Analytical • Thorough understanding of Operations • Mentoring and coaching team members • Quality Planning (QC/QA)& Performance Planning • Process definition, documentation, Process Training & Certifications • Quality, knowledge & Continuous Improvement Management • Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting’s to support Operations Manager • Customer Interaction: Handles /helps resolve escalations at the process level • Process, Governance & Audit Compliance • Excellent client interfacing skills
