We are a growing Company in business for 25 years. We have a Software Export Division and a

Manpower Consultancy Division. Our US Company has Preferred Vendor relationship with

clients like Boeing, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis etc.

We are adding a Process and Training Leader to our team in Info Park, Cochin.


It is a newly created position to help the company’s goal to double in size every 2 years!.

It is a regular full-time position with attractive salary and perks.


Job Title: Process and Training Lead

Location: Info Park, Kochi

Shift Timing: 5PM-2AM

Fixed Week off- Saturday and Sunday



Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support company’s vision and growth plans
  • Think on strategic and tactical basis
  • Understand current processes, review them and modify if and whenever needed
  • Train new Talent Acquisition personnel (freshers and experienced) on an ongoing basis
  • Sit with Recruiters every day, review searches, job orders and strategies to fill them
  • Motivate and maximize the performance of all employees in US Staffing team
  • Work with Team Leaders and Managers to achieve goals
  • Will be working with teams in Day, Evening and Night Shifts and hence the Process and
  • Training Leader is expected to work in Afternoon to Evening shift with flexibility to suit the
  • needs of the day.
  • Monitor progress and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Key Traits and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Service industry covering functions like Talent Acquisition and Performance Improvement
  • US Staffing experience is a MUST
  • Excellent in Boolean Searches
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring
  • Strategic and tactical thinker
  • Analytical mind and problem solving aptitude
  • Good judgment, professional integrity and accountability
  • Self motivated, organized, detail oriented and pro-active
  • Great communication and inter-personal skills
