Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the design process as a consultant on possibilities, takes the design that is created by the UX Designer as an input, understands it and works through the constraints and executes the design vision into engineered reality using front end technologies..
  • Responsible for the front end development, accessibility compliance and ensuring a polished experience is delivered to NewAgeSMB customers.
  • Monitor trends in UI development and advocate technology standards and best-practices.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Design Integration team to develop and share best practices, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency. Ensure that the website is optimized for several devices and presented in an attractive way.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • In depth knowledge of user interface development tech stack and frameworks such as, HTML, CSS,SASS, JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS and React Native, VueJS, Typescript, AJAX, etc.
  • Experience working with react, redux and knowledge of understanding MVC, MMVM patterns
  • Click-through prototyping,maintaining digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups.
  • Proficiency using Git version control.
  • Ability to conduct thorough testing of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs render correctly and systems function properly, incorporating feedback from actual potential users.
  • Ability to solve any design or usability issues that arise and anticipate potential future problems so that that can be resolved before they impact.
  • Display of positive attitudes like flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy. Willingness to accept and implement constructive feedback.
