Product Manager

NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education is looking for a Product Manager to help build our homegrown Learning Delivery System and CRM. In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced academic admins, marketing & sales, support functions, product managers and developers. You will enable them to provide a seamless learning experience to our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with functions to identify problem statement, refine requirements and create detailed BRDs
• Participate in all agile ceremonies to prioritise and plan stories as per the Sprint Plan
• Identify and integrate technology enabled solutions to reduce human intervention and improve operational efficiency
• Develop a strategic roadmap of granular modules under various functions along with the functional stakeholders
• Deep dive into the data to take decisions for feature improvement and process improvement
• Keep re-imagining use of technology to improve product and experience

Qualifications

• Preferably Computer Science/Engineering Graduates
• Minimum 3 years of product/design experience
• Prior experience in devops while not necessary is preferred
• Experience in setting up agile processes and tools like JIRA/Trello/Asana
• Hands-on experience in analytical tools such as GA/Omniture, Tableau/PowerBi
