Key Responsibilities
Directly manage a team of Product Operations Specialists and maintain a strong team culture of trust, accountability and commitment to impact.
Define vision, set team and individual goals and own strategy and execution.
Facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and resources as needed and review periodically.
Responsible for driving projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations.
Responsible for Prioritizing and managing several tasks simultaneously
Coaching of team members timely coaching / feedback to improve their skills

Experience & Skills
Skills

Strong leadership, management & coaching skills
Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels.
Good project planning and execution skills, including the ability make mid-course corrections
Strong problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience with related products required
Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Experience in Telecommunications / Product Domain (preferred)
