Position -Project Engineer E&M- Operations & Maintenance of Equipment

Location: Noida and Greater Noida, India

Please Note:- Experience in managing high rise buildings construction site is compulsory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance of Concrete equipment’s like: Batching plants, Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Boom Placers, Tower Cranes, Diesel Generators, Excavator Cum Backhoe loader, Hoists, Piling Rigs (Hydraulic and Pneumatic), Micro-Tunnel boring machines
• Supervision of the VP Eqpt & Machinery, the Project Engineer will be required to assist in supervising, managing, and coordinating the day-to-day operational management and maintenance of all equipment (vehicles, machinery and plant, DG sets etc.).
• Deployed at respective construction sites in active consultation with the technical & administration heads of the sites to encompass, provision and maintenance and ensure optimum availability of equipment at site.
• Compile database for record keeping, registration and govt compliances, FOL accounting, running log and service, accurate accounting of all maintenance spares made available by EM cell at HO, minimize equipment out of action time and optimize deployment.
• Responsible for the Training & Admin management of personnel deployed in Equipment and machinery division. Develop and maintain active safety and accident prevention programs; perform other duties as required, to include.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years work experience in a housing construction company. Having exposure of lifting equipment used at high rise building in addition to other concrete and earth movers eqpt plant and machinery management of operators, helpers supervisor and foreman at site, transport fleet, plant and machinery.
• Knowledge of government orders, rules and regulations as related to the motor vehicle act, registration of vehicles, compliances therein and administrative clearances. Technical knowledge of heavy machinery and vehicles; safety regulations and compliances.
• Awareness of latest technology in use in vehicles and machinery with good working knowledge of MS office applications and internet.
• Desired age 35 -40 years and below from with Mechanical engineering qualification.
• Preference will be given to persons who have more experience and exposure of equipment/plant.
