Position -Receptionist cum Admin Executive

Department:- Admin

Location: Sector 135, Noida, India

Salary:- upto Rs. 15000 per month


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Take up other duties as assigned.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office

Requirement:-

  • Male Candidates only
  • Experience in any industry will be preferred
  • Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette
  • Basic Computer/excel knowledge is a must
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
