Job content

  • E nsure on time secure delivery, management, upload, tagging and reporting of all digital assets and content ordered and approved for distribution through the major content management systems (DAM - Digital Asset Management & MedVox system) by collaborating with c olleagues from the medical, marketing, compliance, IT and local affiliates as well external agencies, photo studios and other creative sources such as stock libraries. Content management specialist ensures receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation
  • Ensure that content is received properly with all added supporting information – key words, focus areas, categories, hotspots as well as other data that should be available within the Content Manifest)
  • Responsible for quality control and technical viability of assets to be uploaded
  • Ensure that the tagging and metadata of content is consistent and appropriately applied to all assets
  • Responsible to upload the content in alignment with instruction provided within the Content Manifest
  • Fulfil user requests for access to download source content and qualify usage as appropriate
  • Develop relationships with agencies to ensure the timely provision of content to the DAM
  • Partner closely with Medical Teams to ensure the most up to date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used in the most competent way. Analyze metadata, subtypes, search fields, and security policies, and identify inefficiencies and consider new solutions to ensure the DAM and Medvox are being utilized at their highest potential.
  • Create, update, and distribute all necessary digital asset guidelines to ensure that all current processes are followed and kept relevant.
  • Responsible for testing the content within Pitcher platform on performance, content format and on interactive elements (hotspots, links, etc)
  • Receive QC approval and then distribute content to appropriate user group
  • Generate platform audit reports on users and content using (Pitcher Reporting and DAM applications)
  • Generate/publish pre-defined reports as well as ad-hoc analysis reports using Pitcher InsightÒ and DAM Applications that help Me dical/Commercial teams to make decisions on more effective content usage
  • Mentor and train incoming rotating contract digital asset specialists, and creates/updates all training guidelines and materials as needed

  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in Medical function to receive content for MedVox and DAM distribution.
  • Co-ordinating and performing QC activities to ensure quality check validation

Performance

  • Manage receipt of Content Manifest including content Approval documentation.
  • Perform initial QC on content to test rendering, performance and interactive elements (hotspots, links, etc)
  • Perform trouble shooting content-related technical issues
  • Distribute content to appropriate QC user group
  • Distribute content to appropriate user group
  • Generate/publish platform reports using Pitcher InsightÒ (pre-define and or ad-hoc analysis reports, audit reports on users/content)
  • Enhance content structure and digital asset management learnings

Process

  • Follow detailed guidelines (for example checking hotspots which have links to pdf review of the content for spot assessment, format, expiration date, tagging, validating MMRC#).
  • Good understanding about MedVox, DAM and Pitcher application
  • Effective understanding on content structure
  • Secure adherence to QC process to maintain quality requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

  • Technical knowledge of content management tools (Pitcher, DAM, Veeva CLM, Kadridge or other CLM too optional)
  • Knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Adobe PDF and Photoshop
  • Excellent planning, design, communication, project management and documentation skills
  • Excellent management of customer expectations, listening, negotiating, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a global context
  • Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take initiative, follow through, and meet deadlines as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design or related field
  • 2+ years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare space
