Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consultative role.
  • Experience in project management and working with cross-functional stakeholders/leadership.
  • Experience in managing global teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management such as operation reviews, escalation and governance, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to conduct discussions with cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions.
  • Ability to navigate a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and build excellent and productive relationships.
  • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

About The Job

As an Account Manager, you will provide customer care and technical support for a large portion of Google products across a range of types of customers. You will be an insights partner and will help shape customer care.

In this role, you will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You will work with key partners to define and execute the launch roadmap. You will support strategic and operational projects through engagement and project management support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the relationship manager to key stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with global teams and review operations, provide strategic guidance, discover related opportunities, and improve engagements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery growth. Manage documenting workflows, identify gaps, and lead working group meetings.
  • Structure and execute against strategic projects to solve for complex/ambiguous business issues.
  • Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Build analytical frameworks and tools to measure key results.
