Position Description:

Coach/facilitator/trainer to assist teams in performing development utilizing Agile methodology 10+ years’ experience in Primary Skill. Experience with other financial services clients preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and fearlessly challenging, teams, leaders and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
  • You have a continuous improvement approach
  • You assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach
  • You proactively seek out agile practices externally to continuously improve company’s model
  • You are flexible in your approach and share innovative and creative thinking as you mentor teams and associates.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

As an Agile Coach, you blend deep agile expertise with a passion for constant improvement through coaching, mentoring and empowering teams and individuals to continuously evolve their agile approach and way of working. You will enable agile leaders and teams to achieve their full potential to deliver value by acting as a change agent, role model, and teacher and will support them as they continue to mature and evolve their understanding and application of agile principles, practices and behaviors (e.g., servant leadership, Scrum, MVPs) across their domains, tribes, and squads.
The Team
You will support domains, tribes and squads, as you engage with leaders, scrum masters and other associates to reinforce agile behaviors, practices and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.
The Expertise You Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., scrum master, squad leader chapter leader)
  • Track record of training, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
