Position Description:

Customer Support Associate

Total Exp -1-2yrs
Location - Bangalore

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Willingness to work in US hours.
  • Ability to learn and comprehend new applications/ Functional areas of the application.
  • Good Problem solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Remedy or any other ITSM tools.
  • ITSM Certification
  • Basic Google Cloud Certification will be an added advantage.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Part of the customer support team providing first line support for CGI’s US clients.
  • Track and report incidents and queries adhering to support SLA’s.
  • Escalate issues on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the Known Error Database (KED).
  • Document customer interactions when necessary.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Should be able to work independently without much supervision.
  • Passionate about resolving customer queries and problems.
  • Ability to maintain a clam and polite manner in stressful situations.
  • Basic IT skills like MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows Server
