Roles And Responsibilities

Need to build and maintain strong sales team of Fruit Vegetables

Develop the beet plan for the territory

Ensure month on month sales targets and collections

To coordinate with Operations, Finance, Quality and procurement team for successful delivery

Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports

Should be able identify the root cause for issues and resolve on own and give excellent support to the team.

Develop a good brand image the market in spite of several challenges and issues

Need to be very matured and optimistic and strong enough in handling tremendous pressure

Should build the strong sales team on own

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have minimum 5 years of work experience in FV sales or Any other FMCG

Should be a strong team leader

Need to be very matured in handling under tremendous pressure

Should have ability to manage the various stake holders

Should be exceptionally good in customer orientation

Should have strong sales track record

Should be preferably a graduate

Candidate should produce the previous proper employment proofs

Candidate should not be job hopper
