Responsible for managing sales in assigned territory through Channel management

· Identify problems and provide resolutions.

· Ensure improvisation after identifying the loop holes in the current procedures.

· Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across levels. Effectively manage interface and pricing co-ordination between project customer, supplier and contractor.

· Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales.

· Gather competitor market intelligence & report through product marketing & group market intelligence.

· Must be able to define a problem, assess risks, and develop recommendations for action plans.

· Develop & Maintain database/records of all key project contacts in the CRM tool.

· Responsible for sales forecasting, identifying market needs and trends in order to fully exploit market potential.

· Responsible for achieving Company’s yearly sales objectives, conducting periodic market surveys/analysis.

· Team management & people development.
