Roles and Responsibilities

Position: Cluster Business Manager- Service to Sales Channel Exp. 5+Yrs. in life insurance sales from Direct/CAT/S2S/Priority Channels etc. Industry: Life Insurance Location:Trivandrum Salary: up to 6 LPA Qua: Graduate/PG
Job Description: 1. Manage S2S Channel in Trivandrum region. 2. Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of on-roll staff in S2S Channel. 3. Help, assist & guide the Sales team to procure necessary business. 4. To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management. 5. To motivate SMs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company. 6. Regular monitoring of SMs performance and conducting regular team meeting & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures. 7. Facilitate administrative & operational supports to SMs of S2S Channel for smooth functioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 5+ Yrs. exp. from life insurance sales from Direct Channel/ Agency Channel. 2. Mini. 1-2 Yrs. exp. in team handling from life insurance industry.3. Majority of Experience to be in Direct marketing/S2S/CAT/Priority Channels.4. Age shouldn’t be more than 40 yrs.
