Looking ahead, the company harbour’s ambitious plans to further expand its core business with a highly qualified and dedicated professionals. This vision is set to position SkyJumper as the largest chain of Indoor Amusement Parks within the Indian landscape.

Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with host of group booking, school principals/admin, corporate HR/Admin, managing birthday parties and leads.
  • Lead Generation: Generating leads through networking, cold calls, and other means.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify trends, market needs from current guest visiting centres or through competition.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the company’s products or services to effectively present and sell them to guests.
  • Guest Experience: The Key person responsible for guest experience at the centre.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Analysing data and preparing reports on sales and market trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Requirements And Skills

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience, hospitality or call centre experience preferred.
  • B.Com/BBA/MBA degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a Business Development Manager/Team Lead
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Creative and Analytical Mindset.
