Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with enterprise marketing and multi-channel marketing.
  • Experience with Digital Natives/Startups, technology, enterprise software, infrastructure, or platform-as-a-service technology brands.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with various tools and technology within the marketing tech stack to maximize impact.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of your audience, customer-centric, and driven by insights.
  • Ability to effectively leverage data to improve decision-making, and highly data-driven and a technically fluent marketer.
  • Effective problem-solver, with ability to leverage customer insights to design your demand campaigns.
  • Excellent account-based marketing, event planning, analytics, email, social media, paid, marketing operations, copy writing, and editing skills.

As the Digital Native (DN) Marketing Associate, you’ll own the development and execution of our Select, Enterprise, Corporate (SEC) segment DN ecosystem to enable air-cover with constant marketing outreach, help build pipeline/demand with a focus on greenfield accounts.

In this highly collaborative role, you will need to work closely with the sales owners, customer engineering team, cross-regional marketing teams, as well as the broader India marketing team to ensure we achieve our MQL and opportunity creation targets across our SEC segment.

You will work with the marketing team to help build out and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy that spans account based marketing, event marketing, integrated campaigns, and other channels. You will engage with the greater Google team and the partner ecosystem strategically will accelerate our growth in this ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute programs and tactics to support different types of initiatives focussed on the DN/startups ecosystem in India by creating engaging digital campaigns that attract attention.
  • Develop and land persona based approach targeted at C-level/IT Decision Maker and the Developer ecosystem.
  • Work with leadership to develop strategic marketing plans that achieve business goals and with the sales organization to gain buy-in for the approach and to align with their goals.
  • Establish marketing strategy and plans to drive demand generation: account mapping, events/webcasts, direct marketing, digital paid media, prospecting activities.
  • Establish and report on campaign metrics and ROI, making recommendations on how to continuously build upon the program and communicating goals/results. Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, as well as improve conversion and ROI.
