A full service mid market Investment Banking Firm based out of Mumbai is looking for a Tech Investment Banker with 9+ years of experience. MBA/CA.

Extensive origination & execution experience in TMT sector. understanding industry & business dynamics.

Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions with superior attention to detail and quality deliverables.

Experience in execution like running due diligence process, documentation including SHA/SPA/SSA and leading commercial discussions, expertise of pitching, valuation, regulatory interactions, negotiations, financial and commercial due diligence, transaction structuring and working with others advisors such as lawyers, auditors, tax consultants etc.

Experience in transaction closing mechanics, including coordination for completion of CPs, statutory and regulatory approvals, reporting and filing of with the regulator.

Experience with networking with VC & PE ecosystem in India & overseas. Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines. Willingness to travel.
