- Co-ordinate with Sales Department and create daily/weekly weighment and dispatch schedule basis on production and dispatch plans

- Co-ordinate with Quality for the packing feasibility for the new enquires

- Ensure all finished foods material is weighed, packed and delivered timely

- Coordinate with teams at other plants for movement of finished and semi-finished goods between plants

- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely pick-up and dispatch of finished goods

- Ensure accuracy of data entered into SAP

- Could be able to generate Reports in SAP

- Raise material requisitions for the weighment department on time to ensure dispatch plans aren’t affected by material stock-outs

- Ensure quality parameters of packing material like moisture in wooden pallets, pallet dimensions, VCI paper quality, metallic bags quality etc. are thoroughly checked and met according to specified requirements

- Inspect condition of vehicles/ containers before loading the material

- Ensure right material (as per packing list) is dispatched and in good condition
