Our production unit is located in Vasai, near Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Supervisor for manufacturing of Concrete Composites including GRC, FRP, etc. at The Global Elephant. The Factory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Production Planning and Production Management skills
  • Quality Control and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in manufacturing operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the design and build industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in GRC or Fibre Glass (FRP) industry will be a plus point
