About The Role

At STC you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who specialize in electioneering and campaigning. It will provide you with a platform to engage with top political leaders on the state level and a community of enthusiastic and like-minded citizens.

We are looking for intelligent and diligent individuals who will assist us with the on-ground implementation of our project. You will be responsible for last-mile execution and will have to interact with people from different socio-economic strata to understand the issues and collect the aspirations of the people.

This is a field position having extensive travel. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders and would be involved in building and managing teams of volunteers.

What will you do as a Field Associate at STC?

  • Understand the pulse of the people
    • Interacting with influencers and stakeholders
    • On-ground research on politico-socio-economic agendas pertaining to the elections
    • On-ground execution of campaigns
    • Travel extensively for on-ground surveys & projects
    • Prepare reports based on ground intelligence, insights, retrospective electoral data, leader analysis, and perception
