Role Description
As a Financial Advisor at LIC located in Shillong, you will work part-time in a hybrid role that allows some remote work. Your responsibilities will include offering financial advice to clients, identifying their needs, recommending products, and explaining the benefits, features, and risks of various policies. You will also be responsible for following up with clients, maintaining records, and continuously striving to meet and surpass sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Class 12th pass
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, and Email)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and continuously upskill
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
