Job Title: RTR Transformation Lead

Reporting Line: BBS Strategy and Transformation Lead

Department: Bunge Business Services

Role Purpose Statement:

The BBS RTR Transformation Lead will be accountable for BBS Finance RTR Services best-in-class process and technology design and will oversee the global transition to new global process model and will have end-to-end transformation ownership. RTR Transformation Lead will collaborate with Global Finance Services Leads and Finance Functional Leads to ensure proper implementation and execution of process, policy, controls, technology, service delivery model, change management, communication and performance metrics. RTR Transformation Lead will work with service delivery team, functional stakeholders, and other teams to ensure effective and efficient streamlining of process operations and identification and leverage of cross-process synergies as well. During the organization’s Steady State, the RTR Transformation Lead will ensure process governance to ensure processes are delivered as designed and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, compliance to controls and outcomes. and as per need revisit the process design, polices, controls, enabling technology, performance metrics to ensure processes are meeting customer demands and ant change in demands over a period of time.

External: Consulting and Technology vendors

Key Performance Indicators:

Successful process design, migration, hypercare and stabilization of RTR services and also change management and communication

Main Accountabilities

 Be accountable for and drive end-to-end process transformation, with full responsibility for process design, policies (in collaboration with functions), technology (in collaboration with IT), controls (in collaboration with Internal Audit and Sox Controller), service delivery model, change management, communication and performance benchmark and metrics with focus on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, outcomes and optimizing cost of services.

 Benchmark processes against best industry practices, and to recommend changes that will bring improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, control and outcomes– and able to prepare the business case to support the recommended change and move towards to Top Quartile Performance that reduces TCS via Elimination, Standardization, Optimization, Automation, Robotics

 Collaborate with Finance Functional/ COE Leaders, Global Finance Services Leads, Service Delivery Leaders to ensure consistency of implementation of One Bunge Global Process model

 Provide clear definition of any change in the processes to IT/ Application Team for system enablement, enhancement or implementation

 Support BBS Functional Delivery Leadership in their engagement with tax and legal to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;

 Lead engagement with Consulting partner to ensure timely completion and quality deliverables of projects that leads to top of the draw process and technology for functions

 Lead Solution Design for transition of processes to BBS centres.

 Collaborate closely with BBS Leadership, BBS Functional Delivery Leads, Functional Leadership to define priorities for their respective process areas are in line with BBS objectives and Functional objectives

 Assess continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, control and outcomes as well as new demands from the functional leadership

 Provide leadership and actively participate in Process Governance Leadership Meeting - governance and approval authority in order to ensure consistency in adherence to global processes

 Provide visibility to areas of risk, inter-dependencies, or conflicts with other business unit and regional efforts, and recommend mitigating solutions;

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

 Significant experience in driving large, complex transformation, transition and change management projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment

 Deep process, transformation, project management experience, and demonstrated high attention to detail

 Change management experience, with multi-functional team management/collaboration experience

 Quick to identify risks and collaborate with necessary parties to develop risk mitigation plans

 Strong relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills

 Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable

 Strong influence management skills required to gain alignment and commitment to organizational change

 Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability

 History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment

 Strong business acumen and curiosity

 An understanding of shared services operating models; experience in a shared services organization

 Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services (e.g., CRM, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting)

 An understanding of enabling technologies required to support a shared service organization
