POSITION DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will drive expansion of our learning offers for some of our fastest growing specialty businesses. You will strengthen how we leverage the core curriculum across our businesses, and augment this with distinct, unique offers for specific learning needs. You are passionate about our OneBCG aspirations and bring creativity and insight into how we bring this aspiration to life.

• Identify and scope distinct capability development needs (e.g., communication skills for SB consulting team and case leaders) in partnership with SB L&D leads, L&D business partners and Learning Journey owners
• Take a learner-centric view to define and align on needs that are common across SB consulting team by mapping out content gaps and overlaps
• Develop a prioritized roadmap of new content development, curation and L&D platform efforts in collaboration with L&D Operations team, to provide visibility and transparency across initiatives
• Drive implementation of defined deliverables by managing timelines, resources (internal and external), stakeholder engagement and risks
• Build KPIs and mechanisms to transition (from MVP to steady-state) and embed new initiatives
• Plan, coordinate and track uptake and budget for distinct offers (e.g., coaching for experts)
• Measure impact of distinct offers (e.g. Teaming for Commercial Success for experts) leveraging dashboards / effectiveness KPIs, feedback to relevant L&D and business partner stakeholders and develop next steps to update or upgrade offer
• Develop a communication / learner engagement approach in collaboration with L&D Operations team and SB L&D leads

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Strong experience working with diverse stakeholders to drive initiatives from early discovery phases to roll-out
• A background in consulting or learning & development is essential
• A minimum of 6-8 years’ work experience in a consulting role or 8-10 years in a functional role; strong affinity to a digitally focused organization (agile, big data, ventures) would be desirable
• Experience of developing and managing work products and a willingness to learn and apply agile principles

• L&D Operations team, Learning Journey owners, L&D Finance contacts, L&D leads from specialty businesses
• Working team members from across the globe and timezones
• Significant part of the engagements expected to be virtual
