Job Description

80,000 + ! is the number of associates we support globally as part of the Learning & Talent Operations (P&O) team. We are instrumental in ensuring successful operation of global learning activities across the organization and improving efficiency and simplification through high-quality administrative support.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Perform and deliver high quality GxP training activities in Novartis Learning Management System
  • Escalate service related GxP and Non-GxP issues and ensure timely investigation and compliance with local and global operations procedures
  • Ensure compliance to Novartis internal quality standards, relevant regulatory requirements and service level agreement
  • Support implementing service quality and process improvements projects, CAPA implementation
  • Maintain the Sharepoint based training tools to collect and process the training requests
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth transition of training administration responsibility to Learning & Talent Services
  • Collaborate with Central Training Admin to address potential challenges related to the LMS usage
  • Support customers during audits and inspections to provide requested training documents
Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate/Post graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Engineering / MBA or equivalent from reputed institute
  • 1-4 years of experience in QA/QMS/Learning Management in matrix organization (Pharma preferred)
  • GxP and broad IT tools knowledge
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
